RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your products from the Apothecary! If you are not completely satisfied please don't hesitate to contact a staff member so that we can help determine why the product isn't working for you (sometimes clearer instructions for use/ application is all it takes!). If you're still like to proceed with a return,  please read our policy below.

Our return window is 14 days. (You are eligible for a refund up to 7 days after purchase; and a store credit if it is between 8 - 14 days after purchase). 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. 

 

Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:

• all bulk and package-free goods

• all food items

• menstrual products

• some cosmetics*

• medications from the pharmacy

• sale items

• gift cards

*some cosmetic and personal care products are sold with minimal packaging and are not eligible for returns. (eg. makeup brushes, eye colour pencils, lip colour pencils, etc.)

To process a refund, a receipt is required. If you do not have a receipt, you will receive an exchange or a store credit.
